Khartoum, Apr. 12 (SUNA) - Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) office in Sudan, within the framework of developing relations and strengthening partnerships, celebrated on Tuesday evening with its partners in humanitarian work, in the presence of HE Mohamed bin Ibrahim Al-Sada, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Sudan.

QRCS held Ramadan Iftar in celebration of the partners, which was attended by the Acting Minister of Health, Dr. Haitham Mohammed Ibrahim and the Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid in Sudan, Dr. Najm al-Din Musa along with representative of the Sudanese Red Crescent in addition to partners in the International Red Cross, missions of international organizations and local and foreign voluntary organizations.

During the Ramadan Iftar ceremony, His Excellency the Ambassador of Qatar in Khartoum was honored as well as the Minister of Health, the Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid, the Sudanese Red Crescent and the International University of Africa.

 Qatar Red Crescent employees who have spent more than five years in the service of humanity were also honored by the Qatar Red Crescent.
